You have joined to MemoMU.com. You have finished the registering wizard, uploading your avatar, and there was a success notification for your account registration. But, why you cannot login? Here is the trouble-shooting.

Make sure that you have checked your verification email and don’t forget to click the verification link. In case  you did not found your Member Email Verification, please do the following actions:

1. Please check again your mailbox.
2. Some mail services think that our notification email is spam. So, please check your Spam Folder.
3. Release it. Click MemoMu mail and mark it Not Spam or Unspam.
4. Read MemoMU Account Activation Email. To activate your account, click the verification link there or copy the link address into your browser.

Things should be okay now!
